Admission Policy and Process

Admissions to all the courses (Master of Computer Application, Master of Business Administration and Second Year Lateral Entry to Bachelor of Technology) except first year B. Tech. are being done through UPCET (Uttar Pradesh Common Entrance Test) on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidate in this examination. UPCET is being conducted by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Admission to B. Tech. first year is being done by centralized counseling based on JEE (Mains) rank by AKTU.Admission for NRI and Kashmiri Migrant seats in B. Tech. program is also done through centralized counseling conducted by AKTU. However, admission to supernumerary B. Tech. seats for Jammu and Kashmir students under Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) is done by AICTE.
